Before you begin, please note:

1. This form MUST be filled out with a custodial parent or legal guardian, even for students over 18.

2. A separate application must be completed for each child you want to register

3. Use the button at the bottom of the form  to submit your information and proceed to the next step of the application. Your application is not considered by our team until all sections have been submitted.

4. You'll be asked to complete a $200 non-refundable application fee. While this fee does not guarantee your spot on a program, it does allow you to begin the application process. The date of this initial application and the application fee will be used to prioritize your application ahead of other applications that come in thereafter.
